Kat Mosier
Owner

Kat has been a resident of Las Cruces, NM for almost 30 years.  In 1999, she joined the caring team at the Village of Northrise as Director of Admissions. Kat enjoyed "creative problem solving" with families of prospective Village residents and being able to work with seniors in many different settings.

In a career dedicated to helping people, Kat later earned insurance and securities licenses.  As a result of her work in these diverse areas, Kat felt she would be more effective working "hands on" as an advocate.

So in 2006, Kat started Life Options & Advocacy, LLC. Dedicated to enriching lives by partnering in the process to determine the next "right step" to keep an individual safe and as independent as possible.  Kat works with individuals, families, clergy, lawyers and physicians to help find ways to keep life as full and meaningful as possible.

Kat is a National Certified Guardian and a Certified Senior Advisor. She is a member of both the New Mexico and the National Guardianship Associations.
